Sober October
Want a 30 day challenge? Sober October is when you do not drink alcohol for the entire month of October. This is gaining popularity in today’s culture to give people a break from drinking to enjoy some of the benefits of the NA (non-alcohol) lifestyle. Dr. Hunter discusses some benefits to giving up alcohol and chimes in how she has experienced all these positive side effects since she has given up drinking.
